Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency

- Coordinate between different departments (sales, logistics, finance, etc.)

- Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements

- Manage supply chain, inventory, or service delivery processes

- Handle vendor and client communication

- Prepare reports on operations, performance, and productivity

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

- Identify issues in workflows and resolve them quickly

- Support management in strategic planning and execution
