We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to manage day-to-day general operational activities at our cheruthuruthy branch. The ideal candidate should have good organizational and communication skills, solid attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth branch operations while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle documentation, data entry, filing, and maintenance of customer records.
- Monitor pending cases, documentation gaps, and operational discrepancies, and follow up for closure.
- Handle customer queries related to operational processes and documentation.
- Ensure proper custody and management of branch documents and other operational records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
