Operations & Vendor Management – Pune

Job Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across properties.

- Manage repair & maintenance activities

, including electrical, plumbing, civil, appliances, and other facility-related requirements.

- Handle end-to-end ticketing

, ensuring timely resolution within defined TATs and SLAs.

- Manage vendors including onboarding, coordination, work allocation, performance tracking, negotiations, and payments

.

- Build and maintain a strong network of local vendors and service providers across Pune

.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues and escalations.

- Identify recurring issues, implement preventive measures, and improve operational processes.

- Drive cost optimization, quality control, and operational efficiency through data-driven decisions.

- Ensure a premium, professional, and hassle-free experience for residents/customers.

Who We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Facilities,



Vendor Management, or Property Management.

- Extensive knowledge of the Pune market

, including local vendors, service providers, pricing, and operational dynamics.

- Hands-on experience in vendor management, repair & maintenance, ticketing, and operations

.

- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

- High ownership and a self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and energetic environment
