Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Operations Executive to manage daily courier operations, coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, and ensure smooth movement of consignments across domestic and international networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily shipment bookings, processing, sorting, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with pickup and delivery staff, transport partners, and branch offices.
- Monitor shipment tracking, delivery status, and pending consignments.
- Handle shipment manifests, operational reports, and data entry.
- Follow up on delayed, missing, or undelivered shipments.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.




- Ensure timely dispatches and adherence to company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Prior experience in courier, logistics, or operations will be preferred.
