We are looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO & Link Building Specialist who can independently plan and execute high-quality backlink acquisition campaigns for multiple client websites.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual outreach, guest posting, publisher relationship management, and competitor backlink analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies for multiple client projects.
- Identify high-quality, niche-relevant backlink opportunities through competitor research and manual prospecting.
- Conduct email outreach to bloggers, website owners, editors, and publishers.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant websites and international publishers.
- Execute guest posting, editorial link building, resource-page outreach, broken-link building, and brand mention outreach.
- Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities using Semrush and Ahrefs.
- Evaluate websites based on organic traffic, topical relevance, domain authority metrics, and backlink quality.
- Negotiate guest post placements and publisher collaborations within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with content writers for guest posts and outreach content.
- Maintain backlink databases, outreach trackers, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor acquired backlinks and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage off-page SEO activities across multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines.
- Follow ethical, sustainable, and Google-compliant SEO practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years and less than 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, primarily in off-page SEO and link building.




- Previous experience working with a digital marketing or SEO agency.
- Proven experience in manual backlink outreach and guest posting.
- Strong knowledge of backlink research, competitor analysis, and link quality evaluation.
- Experience building backlinks for international websites, particularly in the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia, preferred.
- Excellent written English and professional email communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage outreach campaigns and publisher negotiations.
- Strong research, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously.

Required Tools Candidates should have practical experience with:
- Semrush
- Ahrefs
- Google Search Console
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Email outreach and prospecting tools

Experience with Hunter.io, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar outreach platforms will be an added advantage.

- Understands the difference between high-quality editorial links and low-value backlinks.
- Can identify relevant publishers without relying entirely on paid link databases.
- Has strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Can work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Is comfortable communicating with international publishers.
- Focuses on backlink relevance and quality rather than quantity alone.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
