Odoo ERP Implementation Consultant

Job Overview

Voxtron is looking for an experienced Senior Odoo ERP Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end ERP implementation and functional configuration across multiple business modules, including Accounting and Finance.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in implementing ERP solutions for clients, understanding business requirements, mapping workflows, configuring modules, coordinating with technical teams, and managing implementations from requirement gathering through go-live.

Candidates with strong implementation experience in Odoo or other ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or Sage, along with the ability to work across multiple business functions, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering and business process analysis to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct client workshops, prepare business requirement documents, perform gap analysis, and map existing processes to ERP workflows.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on client requirements and business processes.
- Demonstrate functional expertise across the following modules:
- Accounting & Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Tax/VAT, Payments, and Financial Reporting.
- Sales & CRM: Lead management, chance tracking, quotations, sales orders, and customer relationship management.
- Purchase & Inventory: Vendor management, purchase orders, stock operations, warehouse management, and inventory valuation.
- HR & Payroll: Employee management, attendance, leave, expenses, and payroll workflows.
- Project Management: Project planning, task management, timesheets, and project profitability.




- Other modules: Manufacturing, Point of Sale, eCommerce, or other relevant Odoo applications, depending on project requirements.
- Manage master data preparation, data migration, system configuration, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with developers for customizations, integrations, and reports.
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support clients during go-live and stabilization.
- Identify process improvements and recommend suitable ERP solutions based on industry best practices.
- Support product demonstrations, presales discussions, and solution proposals when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ERP implementation or functional consulting experience.
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo across multiple modules, with practical implementation experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Ability to understand integrated business processes across finance, sales, purchase, inventory, HR, and project management.
- Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, data migration, UAT, and end-user training.
- Ability to work independently with clients and coordinate effectively with technical and development teams.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, communication, and client-management skills.
- Experience with UAE VAT and GCC business processes will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile
- Candidates who have independently implemented ERP solutions for multiple clients.
- Candidates with experience in Odoo implementation and configuration across multiple modules.
- ERP consultants with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or Sage implementation experience who can demonstrate strong functional knowledge and relevant Odoo expertise.
- Odoo certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Important: This is an ERP implementation and functional consulting role, not a pure accounting, bookkeeping, or end-user support position. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in configuring and implementing ERP workflows across multiple modules. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
