- Odoo Platform: 7+ years of deep technical experience with Odoo architecture and development

- Programming Skills: Expert-level Python knowledge for business logic implementation, advanced PostgreSQL database management skills

- Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Odoo's OWL framework

- Odoo Framework: Deep understanding of ORM, security models, workflow engines, and reporting frameworks

- Integration: Extensive experience with XML-RPC, REST APIs, EDI, and third-party system integrations

- Development Tools: Git, Docker, Linux/Unix environments, and DevOps practices

Platform Knowledge

- Comprehensive understanding of Odoo's modular architecture and module composition

- Experience with Odoo's core modules: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Project Management

- Knowledge of Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh cloud platform, and deployment strategies

- Understanding of Odoo's licensing models and Enterprise vs Community differences

- Experience with Odoo customization, theming, and white-labelling

Architecture & Leadership

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture roles





- Proven track record of leading large-scale Odoo implementation projects

- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment patterns

- Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles

- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management

Business Acumen

- Deep understanding of ERP business processes across multiple domains

- Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions

- Knowledge of industry-specific Odoo implementations (fintech.)

- Understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Previous experience of leading an engineering team would be a plus.

- Contribution to Odoo Community or open-source projects

- Experience with multiple ERP platforms for comparative analysis
