- Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities.
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills, motor skills, coordination, strength, and independence.
- Assist patients in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
- Use appropriate therapeutic exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques under supervision when required.
- Educate patients and caregivers about home-based exercises, safety, and functional independence.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, speech therapists, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow qualified, ethical, and safety standards while providing patient care.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical training, and continuing professional development.
