About Us:
Medminds Autism and Down Syndrome Therapy Centre is dedicated to providing specialized therapy services for children with developmental challenges. Our goal is to support children in improving their daily living skills, independence, and overall development through evidence-based therapies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess children with developmental delays, autism, Down syndrome, and other neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on the child’s needs.
- Conduct occupational therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, coordination, and daily living activities.
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed therapy records and reports.
- Guide and counsel parents on home-based therapy exercises and strategies.
- Work collaboratively with speech therapists, special educators, and other professionals.
- Maintain a safe and engaging therapy environment for children.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Valid registration with the Occupational Therapy Council (if applicable).
- Experience working with children with autism, Down syndrome, or developmental delays will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and child-friendly personality.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,454.88 - ₹15,000.00 per month
