About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Malayalam speaking Nursing Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality preparation programs for nurses seeking GCC nursing licensure, including DHA (Dubai), DOH/HAAD (Abu Dhabi), MOH UAE, Saudi Prometric, Qatar Prometric, and Oman Prometric examinations.

The ideal candidate should have relevant nursing teaching/training experience, solid subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex nursing concepts clearly in Malayalam .





Key Responsibilities

- Follow and effectively deliver the established academic curriculum and training modules.
- Identify high-yield topics based on relevant licensing exam requirements.
- Record structured, topic-wise lectures for nursing candidates.
- Deliver clear and exam-oriented training, including bilingual Malayalam-English content where required.
- Support the development of CPD/CME training programs.
- Marketing & Brand Development through Recorded Educational Content
- Participate in educational videos, podcasts, webinars, and clinical awareness sessions.
- Support nursing education initiatives and faculty-led content.
- Identify high-yield topics based on relevant licensing exam requirements.
- Record structured modules topic-wise.
