Position Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Incharge to coordinate nursing activities and support effective patient-care operations at our Nava India, Coimbatore location.

The position is suited to a senior nursing professional who can guide the nursing team, organize daily duties, coordinate with doctors, and help maintain consistent standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily activities of the nursing department.
- Allocate duties and support effective shift planning for nursing staff.
- Guide nurses in providing appropriate patient care.
- Coordinate with doctors regarding patient requirements and clinical instructions.
- Monitor nursing documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately.
- Support smooth coordination between nursing, doctors, reception, laboratory, and other departments.
- Monitor availability of nursing supplies and raise requirements when necessary.
- Ensure nursing areas are maintained according to hygiene and safety requirements.
- Support adherence to infection-control and patient-safety practices.




- Assist in addressing operational concerns within the nursing team.
- Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff.
- Assist with staff orientation, training, and performance-related coordination when required.
- Maintain appropriate departmental reports and records.
- Escalate important patient-care or operational concerns to the appropriate authority.

Candidate Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
- Previous experience handling nursing coordination or supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
- Good understanding of patient-care procedures and hospital protocols.
- Strong team-handling and communication skills.
- Positive organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities in a healthcare environment.
- Responsible and professional approach to patient care.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
