Job Title: Nursing Competitive Exam Tutor

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursing Competitive Exam Tutor to train and mentor nursing graduates preparing for international nursing and licensing examinations such as NCLEX, DHA, DOH, MOH, Prometric, and other relevant competitive/licensing exams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online/offline classes for nursing competitive and licensing examinations.
- Prepare students for NCLEX, DHA, DOH, MOH, Prometric, and similar nursing exams.
- Explain nursing concepts clearly with a focus on exam-oriented preparation.
- Develop and deliver MCQs, mock tests, question-bank practice, and revision sessions.
- Provide detailed explanations and feedback for questions and mock tests.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, guidelines, and question formats.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular performance feedback.
- Prepare study materials, notes, practice questions, and revision resources when required.
- Motivate and guide students throughout their exam preparation journey.

Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Registration.
- Relevant clinical nursing experience.




- Strong knowledge of one or more licensing exams such as NCLEX, DHA, DOH, MOH, or Prometric.
- Previous teaching, training, or coaching experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of MCQ-based examinations and question-bank practice.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct effective online and offline classes.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to simplify complex nursing concepts.

Preferred Skills
- Strong command of Medical-Surgical Nursing, Pharmacology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Anatomy & Physiology, and other core nursing subjects.
- Exam-oriented teaching approach.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Willingness to continuously update knowledge according to changing exam patterns.
