Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care in the Operation Theater (OT) setting, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals during surgical operations.

- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various nursing tasks as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of patient data, treatment plans, and outcomes.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth functioning of OT operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Nursing or related field with a focus on OT/Operation Theatre settings.

- B.Sc / GNM degree from a recognized institution; additional certifications like OT technician or similar would be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in quick-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
