ABOUT THE ROLE The Shri Ram Wonder Years is looking for warm, energetic, confident and passionate educators to work with our youngest learners.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for children and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, joyful and stimulating learning environment through play-based, sensory, experiential and activity-based learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning experiences for children aged 1.5–2.5 years.
- Encourage English communication and vocabulary development through everyday conversations, stories, rhymes, songs and classroom interactions.
- Conduct engaging activities involving music, movement, art, sensory play, storytelling and exploration.
- Support children's language, cognitive, physical, social and emotional development.
- Create a warm and secure classroom environment where children feel comfortable and confident.
- Manage classroom routines, transitions and age-appropriate activities effectively.
- Prepare creative teaching-learning materials and classroom resources.
- Observe children's interests, participation and developmental progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organised and child-friendly classroom.
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, enrichment activities and professional development programmes.




- Follow all school policies and child-safety practices.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- Genuine love, patience and empathy for working with toddlers.
- Warm, caring and child-friendly personality.
- Confident and pleasant communication style.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to early-years learning.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude, punctuality and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and continuously develop professionally.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE NTT / Pre-Primary Teacher

NTT / ECCE / relevant Early Childhood Education qualification preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

English Communication Teacher

Graduate / Postgraduate with excellent spoken English, transparent pronunciation and strong communication skills.

Fresher Teacher

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a genuine interest in Early Childhood Education are welcome to apply.

Teaching Intern

Students / graduates seeking practical classroom exposure in Early Childhood Education are encouraged to apply.
