- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research, including market capitalization benchmarking.
- Develop market plans, recent product lists, and product launch strategies.
- Identify third-party manufacturers and alternative suppliers.
- Drive product formulation improvements, packaging development, and new packaging suggestions.
- Coordinate with packaging, regulatory, commercial, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage timelines, supplier visits, product upgrades, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure batch commercialization, post-launch reviews, and dispute resolution.
- Take prompt action to resolve issues and ensure smooth product launches.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
