Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Adhere to IATF, QMS, and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).

- Comply with EMS and EOHS requirements.

- Maintain 5S, document control, and confidentiality within the department.

- Develop product and tool designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and design documents.

- Receive and review inputs from Product Design for tool development.

- Design Fine Blanking Tools for all LGB plants, including LGB Mexico and GFM.

- Participate in tool trials, part inspection, and implement design changes through DCRs.

- Conduct DFM reviews, tolerance analysis, and FMEA to ensure robust designs.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Process, and Product Design teams for successful project execution.

- Design and develop secondary tools, gauges, jigs, and fixtures as required.

- Release tool drawings to manufacturing and maintain design records.

- Handle DCR preparation, tracking, and documentation.

- Support APQP, PPAP, ECN,



and other NPD documentation activities.

- Prepare tooling cost estimates and support RFQ activities when required.

- Record and resolve tool design issues through corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure all designs meet quality, safety, reliability, and customer requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing design standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
