Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø Develop new technologies or optimize existing solutions. Identify company goals to conceptualize design and test new product or series.

Ø Defining problems, narrowing research, analyzing criteria finding and analyzing solutions.

Ø Working proficiently on software’s unlike CAD-CAM, Catia is must.

Ø Cycle time reduction, CFT, etc.

Ø Wiring Harness work experience must, defining problems, conducting & narrowing research, regulating documentation, analyzing criteria, solution finding & decision making.

Ø Word, Excel & Power Point Working Experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ø Basic knowledge of IATF 16949/2009.

Ø Knowledge of 5S.

Ø Knowledge of POKAYOKE.

Ø Knowledge of KAIZEN.

Ø Basic Knowledge of PPAP documentation.

Ø Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills expected.





Ø Proficiency in handling engineering projects (current machine development / productivity improvement in existing machine / troubleshooting).s

Ø Ability to meticulously plan and strategize course of action for a project with detailed tasks, timeline, dependency etc.

Ø Good coordination and vendor management skills to manage existing and new vendors/suppliers.

Key Skills:

Ø Knowledge of BOP.

Ø Knowledge of Component identification.

Ø Knowledge of Source Identification.

Ø Basic knowledge of Row Material.

Ø problem solving, excellent communication, time management, Computer Savvy, Team work, adaptive to changes.

Ø SAP, AutoCAD, Creo, Preferring Candidates from wiring harness industry,

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
