Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site NPD (New Product Development) role based in Connaught Place. The NPD professional will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing new health and wellness products aligned with Fitspire’s vegan and chemical-free philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and consumer research, collaborating with R&D;, marketing, and supply chain teams,



and preparing product briefs and specifications.

The role also involves coordinating with vendors and manufacturing partners, overseeing trials and testing, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and monitoring product performance post-launch. The NPD team member will continuously identify innovation opportunities, optimize existing formulations, and support timely, successful product launches.

Qualifications

- Experience in New Product Development within nutrition, health, wellness, FMCG, or related industries.
- Robust skills in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide product concepts.
- Understanding of formulation development, quality standards, and regulatory compliance for health and wellness products.
- Project management abilities, including timeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with R&D;, marketing, operations, and external partners.
