Role: NPD Manager

Role Summary In one of our Reputed Client Organization has an Exciting opportunity for NPD Manager will translate market and customer requirements into a governed product-development pipeline for attachments and engineered products, balancing technical feasibility, timing, cost, quality and manufacturing readiness.

- Own NPD roadmap, project prioritization, stage-gate governance and resource planning.

- Convert customer and market needs into product requirements, specifications and project charters.
- Lead concept selection, design reviews, DFMEA, prototype planning, testing and validation.
- Coordinate design, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, sales and suppliers through launch.
- Monitor timelines, risks, technical decisions, cost targets and product readiness.




- Ensure documentation, compliance, engineering changes and lessons learned are controlled.
- Drive value engineering, platform reuse and continuous improvement across product families.
- Develop NPD team capability and stakeholder reporting discipline.
