Role: NPD Engineer

Role Summary In one of our Reputed Client Organization has an Exciting prospect for NPD Engineer. Who will support requirement capture, concept development, prototype coordination, testing, documentation and production handover for off-highway attachments and related engineered products.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and document customer, application and product requirements.
- Support concept generation, benchmarking and technical feasibility studies.
- Coordinate design inputs, sample development, trials and prototype builds.
- Prepare test requests, observations, reports and issue trackers.
- Support DFMEA, design reviews and technical documentation.
- Work with manufacturing, quality,



sourcing and suppliers to close development issues.
- Maintain project timelines, engineering changes and product records. • Support pilot production, launch and field-feedback closure.
