Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
Transportation: Two-way cab facility within 30 km
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle back-office activities related to insurance claims processing.
- Verify documents and validate data accurately.
- Conduct background checks, research, and primary source verification of application files.
- Maintain accurate records and support data entry and reporting activities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure quality and timely processing.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Use MS Excel and internal systems for daily operations.
