Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial discussions, and evaluate candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements.

- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain hiring trackers.

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition.

- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple roles.

- Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
