Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Understand client hiring requirements and create sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and database searches.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and ensure successful offer closures.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and TATs.
- Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment.




- Experience in sourcing for Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, FMCG, Pharma, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HR, or Administration roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Valuable stakeholder and client management skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
