- Monitor network devices, servers, and applications using monitoring tools.

- Identify, log, and escalate network incidents and alerts.

- Assist in troubleshooting connectivity and network performance issues.

- Support incident management and ticket tracking processes.

- Maintain network documentation, reports, and operational logs.

- Perform routine health checks on network systems and infrastructure.

- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.

- Learn and follow SOPs, escalation procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching).

- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.

- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.

- Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Solid communication and teamwork abilities.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
