Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and TCP/IP protocols.

- Monitor network performance using various tools such as SNMP traps and log files to identify potential issues before they impact users.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems that require coordination across multiple systems or departments.

- Develop documentation for internal use by the IT team on how to troubleshoot common network issues.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in network engineering or support role.

- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including routing and switching technologies (e.g., Ethernet).

- Experience with network monitoring tools such as SNMP agents and logging software.

- Knowledge of basic operating system administration tasks such as installing software updates and managing user accounts.
