Role & responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches.

- Configure and troubleshoot VLAN, STP, OSPF, NAT, ACL, and QoS.

- Manage firewalls, network security, and connectivity issues.

- Install and maintain Windows & Linux Servers.

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Servers.

- Monitor server performance, storage, and availability.

- Perform server patching, upgrades, and basic security hardening.

- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox.

- Monitor backups and support Backup & Disaster Recovery activities.

- Provide basic support for hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Networking & Server Administration.

- Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.

- Valuable knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
