- Own IMS network capacity planning and performance management activities.
- Perform traffic forecasting, network dimensioning, and capacity assessments for IMS platforms.
- Analyze BHCA/BHCC trends and develop capacity models aligned with expected traffic growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report IMS performance KPIs and service-quality indicators.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, capacity risks, and network constraints.
- Recommend capacity expansion and performance optimization actions based on trend analysis.
- Conduct proactive performance analysis to reduce the risk of service degradation.
- Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations teams on network growth and transformation initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and technical recommendations for relevant stakeholders.
- Support investigation and resolution of performance-related network issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7-11 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or IMS network performance.
- Strong experience in IMS capacity planning and performance management.
- Hands-on expertise in traffic forecasting and network dimensioning.
- Practical knowledge of BHCA/BHCC analysis and capacity modelling.
- Experience in IMS KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend optimization actions.
- Valuable understanding of IMS architecture and core network performance concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
