Role & responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware
- Set up and troubleshoot CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, cabling)
- Install and manage biometric devices, including user enrollment
- Provide network support: LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches, connectivity issues
- Handle on-site service calls and keep service records
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/ITI/graduate in Electronics, IT, or Networking
- 1-4 years' experience in hardware, CCTV, biometric, and network support
- Positive knowledge of TCP/IP and cabling
- Willing to travel locally; own two-wheeler preferred
