Role Overview

We are looking for .NET Core Web Developers with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in web application development and MS SQL. The ideal candidates should have strong technical skills, experience in resolving production issues, an understanding of application security, and the ability to deliver solutions in a rapid-paced, agile environment. Experience with AI-powered development tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Core.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations using MS SQL.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application security issues, ensuring adherence to security best practices.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, and delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and efficient code while following established development standards.

Mandatory Skills

- .NET Core: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core web development.
- MS SQL: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL development, including query writing and optimization.
- AI and Prompting: Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Claude for software development and problem-solving.
- Application Security: Experience handling security-related issues and implementing secure coding practices.
- Production Support: Experience troubleshooting and resolving production defects and application issues.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with Angular.
- Experience working in the banking or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in web application development.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of .NET Core and MS SQL.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical challenges, and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred candidates: Developers with banking domain experience and exposure to Angular, AI-assisted coding tools, and production support.
