Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets
Leading and managing a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, monitoring & analyzing market trends and competitors to develop new business opportunities
Developing and managing sales budgets and forecasts
Providing timely and accurate sales reports to senior management
Identifying and addressing customer needs and complaints
Assessing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts & actual sales achieved
Research and identify new potential customers and recent market opportunities.
Travelling across India for sales and promotion of our products.
Participate/attend seminars/exhibitions and develop contacts for enhancing the business
Other duties as assigned
