Role & responsibilities

- Accountable for nationwide strategy and execution of asset disposal under SARFAESI Act.
- Overseas regional managers set disposal targets, ensures compliance with statutory timelines, and drives vendor empanelment across regions.
- Coordinates with litigation, compliance, and audit teams to safeguard regulatory adherence.
- Provides board-level reporting and ensures transparent, fair disposal practices across India.
- Formulate national disposal policies, design marketing frameworks, and establish buyer networks across multiple regions.
- Advise senior management on disposal performance and risk mitigation.
- Monitor consolidated MIS, track regional performance, and enforce standardized timelines.
- Drive quarterly disposal targets (>70 Cr)



and ensure audit-readiness.
- Lead regional managers, oversee vendor empanelment nationally, coordinate with law enforcement for possession cases, and resolve escalations with government bodies.
- Ensure operational discipline and compliance risk management.

Preferred candidate profile 12-15 years in asset disposal/recovery operations with national exposure.

Leadership, cross-functional coordination, robust legal/regulatory knowledge, fluent communication, solution-oriented mindset, ability to manage large teams and deliver boardroom-ready reports.
