Multiplier AI is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who can ensure smooth daily operations, track task completion, and maintain accountability across teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor workflows, deadlines, and operational activities.
- Escalate delays and bottlenecks directly to senior leadership.
- Maintain tracking sheets, coordination logs, and daily reports.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and systems.

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel and data tracking.




- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational skills, urgency, and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates residing within approximately 45 minutes of the Noida office are preferred.
- Female candidates preferred.
