Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing day-to-day operational activities at Bytescare. This role includes tracking workflows, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of brand protection processes.

The Operations

Associate will handle data entry and analysis, prepare operational reports, and assist in maintaining accurate documentation of cases and client activities. They will work closely with customer-facing teams to resolve operational issues, support service delivery,



and help improve internal procedures. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance overall operational performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including workflow coordination, process optimization, and task management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, preparing reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills for written and verbal interactions.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and Customer Service skills to support client needs and resolve operational issues.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic dashboards; experience with SaaS or tech-based workflows is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or a related field is preferred.
