Role Description The Operations and Automation Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth workflows across production, post-production, and content delivery. This full-time role is on-site in Lucknow and involves designing, implementing, and optimizing processes that improve efficiency, coordination, and resource utilization.

The person in this role will set up and manage automation systems and tools for project tracking, scheduling, asset management, and communication, while maintaining clear documentation and standard operating procedures. They will collaborate closely with filmmakers,



writers, editors, and other team members to anticipate operational needs, resolve bottlenecks, and support timely execution of creative projects. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, managing vendors and equipment logistics, and supporting leadership with reports and recommendations for continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and coordination across multiple projects.
- Experience with automation tools and digital platforms (e.g., project management software, CRM tools, scheduling and task automation systems).
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort handling deadlines in a creative workplace.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills for tracking metrics, interpreting data, and recommending operational improvements.
- Understanding of or interest in film, digital content production, or media workflows is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, media management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site full time in Lucknow and manage responsibilities independently with accountability.
