Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track operational KPIs, maintain dashboards, and provide actionable business insights.

- Inventory & Demand Planning: Monitor stock movement, support demand forecasting, and identify inventory optimization opportunities.

- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and support process automation.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Tech, Merchandising, Finance, Warehouse, Retail, and Ecommerce teams to improve operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and SQL.

- Solid understanding of supply chain, retail operations, and ecommerce workflows.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.

- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or business analysis (luxury, fashion, or retail industry experience is a strong advantage).

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, WMS) and ecommerce platforms is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
