Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SCADA / PLC Operator to monitor and operate plant equipment and automated systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SCADA, PLC, and HMI operations, with a strong understanding of process monitoring, troubleshooting, and industrial safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor plant equipment through SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems.

- Monitor real-time process parameters, alarms, and equipment performance.

- Identify operational faults and perform basic troubleshooting.

- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations as per SOPs.

- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.

- Maintain shift logs, production records, and operational reports.

- Follow safety standards, operating procedures, and emergency response protocols.





- Support preventive maintenance and report equipment abnormalities.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline.

- 2 Years7 years of relevant experience in plant operations, preferably in manufacturing or process industries.

- Hands-on experience with SCADA and PLC-controlled equipment.

- Willingness to work in shifts, as required.

- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
