Implement strategies to enhance overall operational excellence in the cutting unit, incorporating best practices and efficiency improvements.
Monitor and improve the percentage of Right First Time in cutting processes to reduce material wastage and enhance quality. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies to maximize the uptime of cutting equipment.
