About us

We’re an early-stage AI startup building Recruitment intelligent search. Behind every great search is a deep understanding of language, of how people, roles and organizations relate to each other. We’re looking for someone to help shape that understanding.

What you’ll do

- Design and refine our ontology of job titles, skills, seniority, companies and industries
- Map synonyms and aliases into explicit, consistent structures
- Define relationships and hierarchies, such as role levels and industry links
- Shape how our knowledge graph feeds AI search through Graph RAG
- Review and approve new terms proposed by our AI, keeping the data clean over time
- Work with our engineers to improve search quality through better structure

Requirements

- Proven experience as an ontologist,



taxonomist or knowledge engineer (required)
- Hands-on experience with RAG and Graph RAG in production (required)
- Has built or maintained a job, skills or occupational taxonomy before
- Background in HR, talent intelligence, recruitment research or job architecture or worked on recruitment projects and products
- Familiar with standards like O*NET, ESCO or ISCO
- Experience with ontology or knowledge graph tools (Protégé, PoolParty, Neo4j or similar)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic SQL
- Highly detail-oriented and consistent

Nice to have

- Knowledge of the GCC job market
- Experience with search relevance or AI-powered data products
- Nest.js
