Job Summary

We are looking for an active and responsible Online Sales Executive to manage online orders, coordinate order dispatch, handle customer calls, maintain sales records, and develop customer relationships for our innerwear products. The candidate must work from the office and ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and follow up on online orders received through various sales channels.
- Contact customers to confirm orders, verify order details, and ensure accurate order processing.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding orders, products, delivery status, and complaints.
- Make marketing calls to existing and potential customers to promote innerwear products and generate sales.
- Follow up with retail customers regarding enquiries, repeat orders, payments, and new product requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales data, customer details, order records, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, packing,



and dispatch departments to resolve order-related issues.
- Update order status regularly and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
- Any Degree or relevant qualification.
- Freshers can apply; experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or online order management is an advantage.
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to maintain sales records accurately and follow up with customers regularly.
- Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.

Important: This is a full-time, office-based position. The candidate is required to work from the company office and manage online sales orders, customer communication, and dispatch coordination. Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
