Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct live online spoken English classes on a part-time basis for students from different age groups and proficiency levels.

- Handle online batches of students, ensuring interactive, engaging and effective learning sessions.

- Assess students existing English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency and communication confidence.

- Develop and follow structured lesson plans based on students individual learning needs and proficiency levels.

- Help students improve their spoken English through conversation practice, role plays, vocabulary-building exercises, grammar correction and real-life communication activities.

- Monitor student attendance, learning progress and performance throughout the course.

- Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate improvement in students’ language skills.

- Provide constructive feedback and individual guidance to help students overcome their communication challenges.

- Maintain student progress reports and share regular updates with the academic team.

- Support student engagement, retention and successful completion of the course.

- Coordinate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching quality and student outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent spoken English, grammar, vocabulary and communication skills.

- Graduates or postgraduates in English, English Literature, Education or related disciplines preferred.

- Prior experience in spoken English training, online teaching, communication skills training or tutoring is an advantage.

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a passion for teaching may also apply.





- Ability to handle online classes confidently and engage students from different backgrounds and proficiency levels.

- Strong interpersonal skills, patience and a student-focused teaching approach.

- Good classroom management, time management and organisational skills.

- Comfortable using video conferencing platforms and basic digital teaching tools.

- Must have a laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for conducting classes.

- Should be available to conduct online classes during scheduled evening hours, preferably between 5 PM and 10 PM.

- Willingness to work on a part-time basis and take additional batches based on student demand.

Compensation Structure: Fixed monthly salary plus variable compensation and performance-based incentives. The final compensation will depend on the agreed teaching schedule, number of batches handled and applicable performance criteria.
