Role Description The Online Maths Mentor US Shift Timing (2:30AM-7:30AM) is a part time, remote role focused on delivering engaging, online mathematics sessions to school-age learners. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting live interactive classes, explaining mathematical concepts in a clear and accessible way, and using digital tools to demonstrate problem-solving techniques.

The mentor will track learners’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels. The role also involves preparing practice materials, maintaining a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment,



and collaborating with the team to continuously improve teaching content and methods.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in mathematics and the ability to explain concepts clearly across grade levels.
- Experience teaching or mentoring children or adolescents in an online or classroom setting.
- Comfort with using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital whiteboards.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English and active listening.
- Ability to create engaging, student-centric learning experiences and manage diverse learner needs.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for remote sessions.
