We are looking for a enthusiastic, multi-talented Digital Sales & Video Anchor to be the public face and voice of our brand online.
In this role, you will create engaging video content to showcase our products/services and actively respond to customer queries across social media, chat, and video platforms to convert interest into sales.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a Video Presenter or Customer Support Lead is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication for answering chat queries, along with transparent and expressive verbal communication on camera.
- Camera Confidence: Comfortable performing on camera, improvising when needed, and keeping content lively and interactive.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and chat messaging tools (WhatsApp Business).
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
