Job Overview

We are looking for an Online Bidder to identify business opportunities, submit customized proposals, and generate qualified leads through freelance platforms, agency directories, and tender portals.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with strong communication, research, and proposal-writing skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Find relevant projects and business opportunities on online platforms.
- Review client requirements and assess whether projects match our services.
- Write and submit customized proposals and bids.
- Manage client enquiries, responses, and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities through agency directories and tender portals.
- Communicate with potential clients and help convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain bid records, chance status, and follow-up schedules.
- Work toward lead generation and business development targets.

Platforms

Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, GoodFirms, DesignRush, tender portals, and other online business-generation platforms.

Required Skills

- Understanding of online bidding and freelance platforms.
- Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills.




- Ability to understand client requirements and identify relevant projects.
- Research, lead generation, and follow-up management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, website development, or agency services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and bid tracking.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Previous experience in online bidding, freelance platforms, tender research, proposal submission, or business development will be an advantage.
