? About the Role

Are you experienced in international IT bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition? Do you know how to turn proposals into projects and build long-term client relationships?

We are looking for a result-oriented Online Bidder with hands-on experience in international IT sales and freelancing platforms to help us expand our global client base.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate qualified leads and acquire international clients through online bidding platforms.

✅ Create compelling, customized proposals for Web Development, Mobile App Development, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing projects.

✅ Identify relevant projects and submit bids on Upwork, Freelancer.com, Guru, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.

✅ Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, prospect research, and targeted client outreach.

✅ Handle end-to-end client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and project closures.

✅ Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and quotations.





✅ Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into confirmed projects.

✅ Manage client relationships, payment follow-ups, and repeat business opportunities.

✅ Maintain bidding records, lead trackers, proposal status, and sales reports.

?️ Required Skills & Hands-on Knowledge

? Proven practical experience in international IT bidding and online business development.

? Hands-on expertise in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer.com, Guru, and Fiverr .

? Excellent written English, proposal writing, and professional email communication skills.

? Solid negotiation, persuasion, follow-up, and client-handling abilities.

? Understanding of web technologies, mobile app development, e-commerce, and digital marketing services.

? Ability to identify high-potential projects, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into business.

? Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
