Pure B2C role:

We are looking for a senior Oncology Sales & Marketing Leader for a leading pharmaceutical organization to drive business growth, brand strategy and commercial excellence across its Oncology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall Oncology business strategy, revenue growth and P&L.;
- Drive national sales operations, doctor engagement and prescription growth.
- Develop brand marketing strategies, product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with oncologists, KOLs and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead national sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drive market share, sales-force effectiveness and profitability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ 18–25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

✅ Strong Oncology Sales & Marketing leadership experience.





✅ Must have B2C / branded pharmaceutical business exposure in the Indian domestic market.

✅ Proven experience in national sales leadership, brand building and product launches.

✅ Demonstrated P&L; ownership and business growth track record.

✅ Solid doctor engagement, KOL management and team leadership experience.

Important: Candidates from branded pharmaceutical companies with prescription-driven Oncology businesses are preferred. Pure B2C, API, contract manufacturing or export-focused profiles without relevant domestic branded pharma experience may not be suitable.
