Role Overview:

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for recent students by coordinating with parents, students, tutors, and internal teams to ensure they are ready to begin their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with parents and students to complete the onboarding process.

- Schedule initial sessions and ensure students are matched with the right tutor.

- Explain the learning process, program structure, and expectations to parents.

- Ensure all required information and documentation are collected.

- Coordinate with tutors and internal teams to ensure a smooth start.

- Follow up with parents to resolve onboarding-related queries and concerns.

- Track onboarding progress and ensure students start their classes on time.

- Maintain accurate records and meet onboarding targets and timelines.

- Onboarding completion rate.
