Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior OpenShift Engineer/Architect to support a complex enterprise project. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, platform architecture, and production troubleshooting. The candidate must be capable of independently handling complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and manage enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to cluster operations, networking, storage, security, and application deployments.
- Manage OpenShift cluster upgrades, scaling, high availability, and performance optimization.
- Implement security best practices, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Security Context Constraints (SCCs), monitoring, and automation.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and distributed teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring reliability, stability, and performance of the platform.
- Support production environments, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.




- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, monitoring, and platform operations.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Red Hat OpenShift 4.x
- Kubernetes – Cluster administration and orchestration
- OpenShift cluster architecture, configuration, upgrades, and scaling
- Cluster networking, storage, security, and high availability
- Linux / Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration
- Scripting and automation using Ansible, Bash, or Python
- CI/CD pipelines and GitOps
- Monitoring, logging, and production incident management
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis in enterprise production environments

Required Soft Skills

- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and customer stakeholders
