Okta Privileged Access (OPA) Engineer

Job Summary our US client is seeing for a few experienced Okta Privileged Access (OPA) Engineers to support the deployment of OPA infrastructure and onboarding of privileged accounts in an enterprise environment.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Okta Privileged Access (OPA) deployments (must have actual OPA experience, not just Okta SSO).
- Experience onboarding privileged accounts and servers into PAM/access management platforms.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Linux and Windows server administration experience.
- Experience configuring:
- OPA Gateways
- Server Agents
- Projects, Groups, and Access Policies
- Okta Certification preferred (Professional or Administrator).




- Robust communication skills and ability to work US business hours.

Preferred Skills

- CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or other PAM solutions.
- Terraform, Python, Shell Scripting.
- Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.

Responsibilities

- Deploy and configure OPA infrastructure.
- Install and manage gateways and server agents.
- Onboard privileged accounts and servers.
- Configure projects, groups, and access policies.
- Execute testing and validation activities.
- Create technical documentation and runbooks.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and IAM teams.
- Provide project status updates during US business hours.
