Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and submit RA bills, interim bills, and final bills for OHE works.

- Verify executed quantities against approved BOQ, drawings, and contract specifications.

- Maintain Measurement Books (MB) and coordinate joint measurements with Railway / Client / Consultant representatives.

- Prepare billing statements for OHE installation, erection, and associated electrical works.

- Verify subcontractor bills and certify executed quantities.

- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements and material consumption reports.

- Monitor deviations, extra items, variation orders, and additional claims.

- Prepare deviation statements and support rate analysis for extra items.

- Coordinate with site engineers, planning, stores, and project teams for billing requirements.

- Ensure compliance with Indian Railways / Metro Rail specifications and contractual requirements.





- Prepare price variation and escalation statements, wherever applicable.

- Maintain proper billing records, measurement sheets, approvals, and supporting documents.

- Assist in preparation of completion bills, final settlements, and project closure documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of 25kV AC OHE systems and railway electrification works.

- Understanding of OHE installation activities, including foundations, mast erection, cantilever installation, wiring, and testing-related quantities.

- Knowledge of BOQ, SOR, tender documents, and contract conditions.

- Ability to read electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

- Knowledge of Railway / RDSO specifications and billing procedures.
