Speakify Academy is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic WhatsApp Support Trainer to join our team.

What You’ll Do: Handle student enquiries and provide support through WhatsApp. Guide students with course-related questions and information. Respond to messages professionally. Assist students with their doubts and ensure smooth communication. Maintain proper follow-ups with students.

What We’re Looking For

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills. Good typing skills and a polite, professional approach. Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups. Willingness to work offline at our office.

Work Mode: Offline

Location: West Nadakkav, Calicut

Working Days:



Monday – Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Offline Duty: Up to 4:30 PM

Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Preferred Candidates: Kerala residents, especially those near West Nadakkav, Calicut.
